The Cambodian Bar Association prohibits an attorney or firm from making any advertisement activities for attracting clients in Cambodia. The Law on Bar ( 1995 ) , article 57 stipulates "all activities for attracting clients, individual advertisements, or persistent offers to clients for legal defense are prohibited. Only advertisements collectively made are authorized. These advertisements shall be proper and shall not adversely affect the dignity of lawyer".
